In what way is it not working? What are you putting in? What does the wizard do in response? Are you getting any errors? How about if you run tracer?

To create a data table
To create a new data table (concrete class and associated properties and rules):
- Select Designer Studio > Data Model > Data Tables. A list of existing Data Tables in your application appears.
- Click Add a new Data Table . The wizard appears.
- Complete the Data Table wizard form to define the class, properties in the class, and other parts. See Using the Data Table wizard.
But the feature has been replaced by local data storage and there is instruction on how to convert.
