I'm assuming this is being asked in relation to current events and the possibility of a new currency being introduce. If that is the case, according to our official product documentation, any new currency would be supported without requiring a change beyond any specific references to currencies that are no longer applicable. Beyond that the Pega Platform should pick up the appropriate currency code based on locale.

From the product documentation:

"The currency is saved as a numeric currency code (such as 840 for U.S. dollars). The numeric codes are maintained by the ISO 4217 currency code standard. Pega also subscribes to SWIFT directories that list the valid currency codes. The currency codes change very infrequently."
