Need Web Url for Standalone PegaRobotics Installation

I’m looking for information on how to install Pega Robotics Studio (formely openspan studio Standalone Version 7.1) for that we need Web url Download Link.Unfortunately we are unable to Install Pega Robotics Plug-in (formely openspan studio 7.1) because it needs Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and it is cost based .So Kindly give the free Download standlone link.
