Need to use Privilege (BLOB) in stored procedure.
Hello All,
I have a requirement where I have to pull out Privileges which is stored in BLOB in a Stored Procedure. But the challenge here is we can't extract the BLOB data directly, So please help me with your suggestion on how to get the Privileges based on Access Roles in a most efficient way.

I am not clear what you are trying to do. Are you trying to write a stored procedure that will read the pyPrivilegeList property values from the Rule-Access-Role-Obj blob instance?

Data retrieval from BLOB, following are few options.
1. BIX
2. Declare Index
3. Custom agent opening rules and saving related blob information on required locations like file, database table etc...

There is a pr_read_from_stream user-defined function (UDF) that you could use:
SELECT pr_read_from_stream('pzInsKey', pzInsKey, pzPVStream) as "StringValue" from pr_data_admin ;
