As the upgrade path you will need to undertake is undocumented, your request falls under the Professional Service umbrella. Our upgrade team would need to evaluate upgrade effort based on complexity. Based on the framework you are using in 6.x these appear to be sunset ones which will entail additional effort
the version i mentioned is the internal application version, my bad. Our understanding is that this is the Pega Sales Process Manager_v07.05.61 built on Pega 6.1 SP2 which was later replaced in Pega 7 as SA which then was incorporated as CRM/SA in 8.7? In which case, my question would be can we move from Pega SPM in 6x directly to Pega CRM/SA in 8.7 or do we first have to upgrade to Pega SA-HC in v7 and then to Pega CRM/SA in v8.7?
I did have a look with the SA upgrade checker in market place but the compatible version has been listed as Pega Sales Automation, Pega Platform, 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 8.4, 8.6, 8.7where as our application built on Pega SPM and Pega Platform 6.1 SP2, so it may not work?
