Need the Sql for pr_pegafsm_data_productscatalog Table Creation.

Hi,

I am trying to install the Pega Field Service FW, but noticed that pr_pegafsm_data_productscatalog Table Creation Script is missing. So Could you please help me in Getting the Sql.
