Need a solution without creating many circumstances

1. In a section, Dropdown shows list of Bank Names
2. Second dropdown shows list of values (Template Names) based on selection of the first dropdown (cascading dropdown)
3. I want to display some text (Template Description) having 10 to 20 lines.

Could you help me out a solution without creating many circumstances based on property type.
