Need to pass username and password dynamically

Hi,

I have a requirement in which I need to login into an application through Username/password credentials. Can I pass these credentials at runtime?

Have a look at the help under Application Integration/Innovations/Assisted Siign-On Component, You can also take a look at the Credential Store component as well (this is the older method).
