Passing values to URL- username & Password
Hi-
I need to start the webpage based on the URL from Excel.
I have started the page by using Startpage option.
How can I pass the values to the webpage? Thing is I need to pass USERNAME & password to it.
How can I achieve this in Automation?

I dont know the URL that is coming in. The URL, Username & password is coming from external source.
In this case how can I interrogate the the Text Property of the Username control?
Do PEGA have option to handle this kind of scenario?

Hi Thangaa
You need to know the master list of sites that can come in from the excel. Then, you need to define an adapter for each of those sites. Then you can interrogate username and password controls for each of them individually.
Then of course you could use switch component to determine which adapter to start based on incoming website from excel and fill in username and passwords appropriately.
