Need information On File Receiving from different System

Hi, I have a requirement to create cases automatically by receiving text file from different system on daily basis. I want to know process on how to establish the connectivity and how source system will push files to our PEGA cloud server. Please let me know these information.

Hi,

In pega cloud, file listener to work, you can use AWS S3 bucket. pega can give s3 bucket link where your source system will push the file. 

Your file listener in pega will keep listening to this location and once the file is available, it will wake up and process the file and in turn create the case.

For s3 bucket you can reach out to pega.
