Audit and Historical Information for system and configuration changes

Please let us know where the history details of the below changes made by Developer through the Designer Studio would be maintained with in the Pega Application

  1. Dynamic System changes

  2. Changes done to Agents and Agent Schedules.

  3. Start/Stop of agents done through SMA in the Designer Studio.

  4. Configuration changes done to the application through SMA that are not linked with any rules or rulesets.

Hello,

       1. Dynamic System Changes will be stored as instances of History-Data-Admin-System-Settings class.

       2. Changes to Agents rule will be stored as instances of History-Rule-Agent-Queue class 

       3. Changes to Agent Schedules will be stored as instances of History-Data-Agent-Queue class.

       Could you please let us know the changes done to application through SMA?
