Need Advice regarding pr_Assign table
Overall SLA creates entries in pr_assign table under PRPC_D Schema. In our current implementation there are some high-volume automated processing involving Overall SLA. Number of entries in pr_assign table is in range of 2Crore due to high Case volume.
We want to understand, whether this such large volume of data would cause any issues in Case Processing performance? And will these entries be removed once the cases are resolved?
A suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
