Need about Purging and Archive

Need to purge the specific Resolved cases ( not all resolved) and we need to place a business logic (Api call ) upon successful completion of purging activity.

Is there any extension activity to change filter criteria for Purging and perform additional logic on completion of Purging.

Which agent is responsible for Purging.
