NBA concept on Importing IH in Strategy
Does the Interaction History tab, on the Proposition Import shape on the strategy canvas, import the IH for that proposition, for a given timespan, irrespective of the number of outcomes for that proposition? Or it imports the IH for that proposition for a given timespan for the last outcome only?
Example – for a particular customer interaction, a proposition is Accepted 2 times and Declined 4 times in the last 31 days. The latest one being declined. So if, I now import the IH for that same proposition as shown below, what should I expect to see in the pyOutcome, pyCount and pxOutcomeTime properties?

The Interaction History tab on the Proposition Import will usually retrieve the last record that was captured given that there are no additional conditions defined. From your example it will be the declined record that will be retrieved.

I think that should be the nr of offers made in the period selected, for that particular customer. You can always double check the SQL through Pega tracer. Disable all "Events to trace", enable just DB Query as "Event types to trace". Select just the Pega-DecisionEngine and Pega-DecisionArchitect rulesets.
