Multiple schemas affect Pega performance on Oracle DB
Hello community,
We are looking for direction on how to best integrate an existing external SQL database into the Pega environment. We are planning on migrating off the SQL server over to the existing Pega Oracle DB server. We are currently thinking of building a lightweight Pega app to access this data. We are concerned of possible performance degradation (this will be a production environment).
Would it be best to migrate this DB to a separate schema or integrate with existing Pega schema on the Oracle DB platform? Are there other options?
I would like your feedback on the pros/cons of doing each.

it depends on how you want to access the data and what is the frequency?
If there is no direct dependency then having separate schema is good option to go with.
