If you are using Robot Manager as your source of work, then all workbaskets within your workgroup must be handled in the same solution. If you are not using Robot Manager to provide and manage work, then you can code it however you like. We generally code RPA solutions (ones not using Robot Manager) with the following steps; Start and Login (get everything running), Get Work (locates the item to work and retrieves the next work item from it), Do Work (does the automations and steps that you need the bot to perform), and Finish Work (recording the work being done or logging errors, etc...). This process can repeat as much as you like. In the Get Work step is where you would code for finding work to do, so you could code it to look in multiple places and to prioritize however you like.
