Multi select is not working
We have tab layout and we have 4 dynamic layout in that tab layout
I any of the layout MULTISELECT LIST is not working.
It is just presenting label only ,multiselect command is not rendering.
we are using Pega 8.3 version
please guide me

@BuragaddaM Could you confirm the exact Pega 8.3 version installed?
There was a fix in later version 8.3.4 regarding Multiselect control behavior for incorrect value. After upgrade, a difference in behavior was seen. Previously, when a user entered an incorrect value in a multi-select where the required field was checked and then clicked anywhere outside of the field, the value would erase before displaying the message "Value cannot be blank”. After upgrade, the value was not erased when the message was displayed, causing confusion.

There are some troubleshooting tips in post MultiSelect List Control Property Error
Can you confirm that the sections where these Multiselect are used are non auto generated sections and non templatized Sections?
As non auto generated sections are out of templatization and multiselect is a templatized control must be used in templatization section only.
--> Is this an upgraded environment?

See recommended suggestion here. The MultiSelectList control is a deprecated control and Pega does not recommend to use it going forward. Pega recommends to use Grid in place of MultiSelectList control to select multiple items in the given list. By using Grids you can populate the values from Data Table. For working example, you can refer any grid present in UI gallery.
Please share the screenshots of your multiselect control configuration and the property configuration.
You can check the expected behavior in UI gallery using and copy the same control(s) onto your design.
