MS-Outlook like Email Functionality in Pega CSI framework ?

Hi,

We are now implementing the Customer Service application using the Pega CSI framework. The business requirements deals with the MS-Outlook way of Email handling - with Reply/Reply All/Forward options and to retain the original email body underneath the replies. I understand Pega CSI does not have this feature OOTB. So, please confirm and help on the solutions regarding this Email handling feature.

As per my understanding there isn't any such OOTB.

This looks like a good enhancement request to me. However, lets wait for other community members to review this.
