Missing Import File for exercise : Configuring reference data

Hi,

For the exercise : Configuring reference data , step 4 : In the Open dialog, select the file you downloaded at the beginning of the exercise. of Add reference data to the Service provider data type is expecting user to upload a file that user is suppose to download at the beginning of the exercise.

I cant find any link to download file at the beginning of exercise.

Am I missing something?

Any help with this is deeply appreciated.

:The question is for course "System Architect Essentials Version 8" . The courses list needs to be updated to include this course.
