min-height in % is not working
Hi All,
In skin, container format, I have added background style <min-height:80%>
Its not working if I give "%" but its working if I keep it as 800px.
Can anyone help me to work min-height in %.
I tried browser UI inspect but the same result.

Layout groups have a built-in minimum height of 28 pixels. % - percent based sizing is a bit difficult because container in dynamic or smart layouts never specify height. % height configuration is supported only on Free Form layouts where designer can fix height/width of cell. But you can try any of the following ways:
1. One way is to write some javascript code to calculate height at run-time .
2. Overriding the Box > Bkgd setting from the embedded container layouts to height=82% in the skin rule.
Can you specify the version of Pega Platform that you are using?

When height is set on any element in a percentage, it's immediate parent element must have height specified in px or em. Same goes for min-height as well.
