Auto height in layout
Hi ,
Can someone explain when does pega set the attribute height :auto for a layout . We are trying to set minimum height in a layout , but can notice that this height is never set. Instead there is an attribute for height set to auto . Is this for any particular layout configuration? How could we overcome this?

I figured out that this looks like a bug in dynamic layouts. If I set the label position in a dynamic layout to none then the minimum height is not set. However when I have a default label position then the minimum height configuration of a dynamic layout is used

You can define your own skin rule and overwrite the Pega OOTB values.

Hi Binod,
I believe height will be always set to auto. But if your requirement is to restrict it for one of the layouts, you can update the advanced settings of it.
Below is an example.
And the inline style is mentioned as height: 100px !important; overflow-y: auto !important;
This make sure there's a scroll bar.
At run time this looks as below.
