I'm not sure where I should post a question about this, but I have a project that requires the use of Microsoft Word. The struggle that I'm running into is that there appears to be a small number of methods that this adapter uses. From what I see I can only open, read, run a macro, save and close a word document. That doesn't quite fill my needs. My question is, are there any plans to add more methods to this adapter in future releases of robotics studio?
Here is the documentation on the connector. For future plans, you'd have to work with your Engagement Leader or Practice Leader. Most functionality is around populating bookmarks in a document. We do expose the underlying object though, and via C#, you can do more (or even extend the connector).
