Maximum size of attachment for each case type
Hi All,
I have a requirement to configure the size of attachment for each casetype differently.
I have two casetypes.
ABC-Work-Quote - Max size of attachments to upload shoud be 5MB
ABC-Work-Policy - Max size of attachments to upload shoud be 10MB
And this value should be configurable. How can thi be achieved?

The design is generic to any upload that happens in the instance irrespective of application/case type.
My requirement is to segregate the max size based on case types.

Can you elaborate on how to create DSS for each Casetype. Isn't DSS environment level?

@sai.shnkr , In SysAdmin, we have dynamic system settings. create a DSS and use that DSS in validation.
CASEName1DSS and CASEName2DSS.
