Managing Case Processing Dependencies
In the Exercise Enforcing a case processing dependency there is a disconnect between the instructions and the Exercise System link provided.
It is impossible to complete the exercise since the Onboarding Case is completely empty in the environment provided. There is no data model, workflow, views etc. however, the instructions state in Step 3 "
- In the Benefits Enrollment stage, click +STEP > More > Utilities > Create Case > Select to create a new child case in the Benefits Enrollment process."

Perhaps there is another environment which I can use to complete the exercise; that is, one which has the correct staged content.

Are you BAE 7.3/7.4? If so, the lesson exercises are cumulative. Did you complete all the preceeding exercises? If you did not, then yes the Onboarding case type will be empty.
However, if you decide to take BAE 8, each exercise uses a different login with a pre-configured starting point, so you do not need to perform the exercises in order, you can skip around.
