Case Dependency (Dependency was evaluated, but not completed.)
In parent case stage 1, I'm creating a subcase using smart shape and in 2nd stage, I've configured Wait shape with a condition as 1st stage child case to reach certain status. The status is getting changed properly. After that in 2nd stage (after wait shape), I'm creating one more subcase using smart shape Create case(s), I'm getting the below error in Audit Note "Dependency was evaluated, but not completed." Could anyone help on this?

The issue was because the dependency is evaluated by OOTB agent after which the assignment in the second case was routed to current operator, by that time there wont be any current operator. Mapping it to some operator id worked!

The issue occured when creating child cases of two different classes. When the first case is created and upon reaching the specific status, the second case lost the scope of routed to..
