Lync Integration

Hello, 

Does anyone have idea about , how to do Lync integration with pega application . In this way we can make our system more collaborative. 

I have found only this PDF - https://pdn.pega.com/documents/pega-integration-microsoft-lync-datasheet

Please share your inputs or URL.

Hi Kevin, Thanks for your response. 

Can you suggest if the same approach is possible with PEGA 6.2 SP2 ? I could not see PegaFW-Lync Ruleset in 6.2.

I don't think so although you could try to examine the implementation in pega 7 and see what you can use there. However, the best option for you is to upgrade to pega 7.

Currently Its bit hard to migrate application to Pega 7. I am trying to implement something in 6.2 only. I will write up if i'll find a solution.
