LSA VM 7.3 with problems

The VM used in the course of LSA 7.3 / 7.4, is presenting some problems related to the loading of rules in the design studio. Can someone direct me, indicating if there is a configuration path to be performed?

Can you try to clear browser cache or try in an incognito session. Seems like some css not loading properly from cache.
