Logs not generating after pega update to 7.3.1

Hello, We updated our application from pega 7.1.7 to pega 7.3.1 and after update, the logs are not getting generated. Did anyone get similar issue and how did you guys resolve it ?

Hi Kavitha,

Post Pega 7.3, the prlogging.xml file has been replaced with the prlog4j2.xml file. So you might have to configure this to your desired directory.

Hi Ajay,

I am not able to locate prlog4j2.xml at all in our app server. Not sure whether we need to import some log jar file and then try to replace the prlogging.xml with prlog4j2.xml .
