Localization for dynamic values in a property

We need to localize a value of a property into Spanish. Like for example the value of the property can be "Fiber", "Node", "Cable" etc. This list is not fixed and can vary. We can't have field values created as there many be 50 values today but later it may increase. We are using Pega version 7.3.0.

But how will it be managed because the values may change frequently by the user. Also the values are not static.
