Local and Param
Assume a scenario, where I am going to using a field only in one particular activity. I am declaring it as a Param, instead of declaring it as Local field.
I believe, the above coding works fine in case of both Param and Local. What impact do we have in this case for having Param, instead of local?

I guess you would have gone through above or you may be already be having understanding of above.
Well if you ask for impact, I believe having Param will keep a variable(and associated space) across activities whereas Local will have it memory space confined to the Activity.

Basically parameters can be passed in and out of an activity, and can be dynamic or any static data coming from some other rule or at run time but local variables as the name indicates are just used as temporary values in the activity
