List of value support in Decision Table conditions

Hi,

Is there a way of displaying list of values for Conditions column in decision tables?

Business users cannot enter their rules because although they can easily pick related properties, LoV for each property is not displayed. Thus, they do not know what to type inside each cell. As seen in the screenshot below, strategy designer picks the property column (Customer.SegmentType). However, when it comes to its values (gold, bronze, etc.) UI doesn't help at all.

Is there a way of providing a combo-box option (just like in Return) for properties?

Let me be more specific about the requirement. Is there a way to automate i.e. update LoVs or fetch them on the fly? Yes, I can enter these values manually but I've ~200 properties that require LoV support in Decision Tables. 

As far as I see, I either need to find a way to update local list content from an Activity or do something clever via Remote List. Do you know if Remote List option be utilized for this?
