List to list control's bttns not properly alligned in IE using workUser portal

The OOTB list to list control looks fine in chrome and firefox using WorkUser portal. However, in IE 11 (Compatibility mode), the bttns of the control are not alligned properly on the screen (see attached screenshot) using workuser portal. We are on 6.3 SP1

Note: Using developer portal, the control looks good in IE along with chrome and firefox. Seems to be an issue related to CSS rules of the workuser portal. (pzDeveloper skin uses workform_pzdeveloper css file vs workform_Standard css file used in User skin)
