Correspondence passes to multiple Approvals and there is Requirement that Id any operator changes the letter it should be highlighted but not send the Customer. What the Changes are made

Requested enhancement: The ability to store and view all versions of letters through approval process

Rationale: Having the full context of all versions helps the approvers understand full view of the case. Redlines allows for better collaboration between the different writers/editors/approvers to more easily communicate what needs to change in each response. Should be an option to save a version/redline and transfer to another work queue or reject back to CWS.
