Left Pane is missing intermittently in Customer Service For Insurance
Hi All,
In policy 360 screen intermittently left side menu (pane) and header is missing.Did any ony face similar issue .I am not to able reproduce or trace .Please help .

Right,
I guess I would try to use LiveUI on this specific scenario with said "Policy" screen in order to understand what is actually breaking the normal behavior. Could you simplify your screen maybe to get back to a point where everything works fine.

Steps to reproduce Left Pane missing scenario.
1. In customer search screen ,search with any policy number.
2.Select Owner as caller Type and complete caller verification .
3.In policy 360, bottom right there is Recent interactions open and close 2 Recent interactions or click on wrapup and bottom right there is Recent interactions open and close 2 Recent interactions
4.Then close the interaction {Click on X) or wrap up and Launch new interaction ,then you will see the Customer Search screen missing left menu .
Steps to reproduce Left Pane missing scenario.

4.Then close the interaction {Click on X) or wrap up and Launch new interaction ,then you will see the Customer Search screen missing left menu .
Note : This is happening when ever i clicks on 1 or 2 recent interactions .
I have found the issue why the left pane is getting missed,but not able to find out the triggering point of this issue.
Analysis - It is due to the missing pyID property on D_CPMPortalContext page. This Value gets updated in @baseclass - CPMSetPortalContext DT which gets called from PegaCA-Work-Interaction - pyAddRecentItemList.
When we are launching the interaction portal for the first time the Primary Page Context which gets passed to CPMSetPortalContext is Declare_pzRecentsCache.pyRecentListItems(1) but when we are closing the interaction and opening it again after performing above steps, the page context is getting changed to Declare_pzRecentsCache.pyRecentListItems(1).ParentRecent due to which the D_CPMPOrtalConext .

Hi Sudhakar,
I beileve that when you are clicking outside from the left pane then it will be closing or if you are searching for some thing inside the left pane then it will be collapsing (or if you are clicking/hovering twice then it might be ) . So could you check once on these lines.

It does not have any functionality like collapsing .
