Launching Robotics Manager in a New Application

Hi All,

I am trying to use Robotics Management console in one of my Pega Platform applications.I downloaded the Version 3 because my Pega application is 7.3 But after importing the jar file, I cant see the link under Launch.The access group got the PegaRULES:PegaAPI role as well. Is there any special thing I have to configure?
