Launching case errors
How can I solve this Issuewhen launching a Case?
Hi all.
I need your help as I haven't found a solution in this forum for two issues I'm facing right now.
1) As I launch a case I receive the following message
"The XXX case type does not yet have any fields defined."
Clicking on the Done button, the case starts as usual. Why do I receive this message?
one more thing I have changed under settings checked the box
skip create view when users creat a new case.
please help me.
