Sometimes the button to close the case and open a landing page does not work because the actions in the button are running too quickly or in the wrong order. To fix this, make sure the action set on the button first does a “Post Value” if needed, then finishes the assignment, and finally launches the landing page using “Launch Harness” or “Open URL in Window.” Avoid combining all actions at once without proper sequence. Also, check that the landing page harness is available and not blocked by user access or popup blockers. If needed, you can add a small delay using JavaScript to let one action complete before the next starts. This helps make the button work every time without getting stuck
