Hi,

I'm working in a new application that is built on top of an existing application. I think our application (running on Pega Cloud) was created by default with option "Use Constellation UI to render landing pages" enabled, however when I try to add a new landing page in the User Portal, I see error:

"Your static content service is configured but currently not reachable. Please contact your system administrator"

We are planning to reuse some of the existing navigation that is not using Constellation UI to render landing pages, so I was wondering if there is a way to disable this setting? 

I've checked the base (and existing) application which my application is built on top and has this setting inactive:

I guess I can try playing with the Constellation specific DSSs to fix the error, but I just wanted to quickly add a landing page with the existing approach, so we can have something built sooner.
