Keyboard Enter Key event - Not working

Hi,

We are using v7.1.9  and CSi 7.1.4.  We recently upgrade from v5.5. We have a requirement where when users press Enter key in keyboard, flow action should submit.

When i checked pyCaseActionAreaButtons  section to overwrite it.. looks like it is already coded to behave that way. I see Action set Enter  and Action as Finish Assignment.

But it is not working.  Is there anything else i have to configure for this ?  or potential bug in the system ?  please guide.
