Key properties of a stream rule

I found an interesting method named getStream on https://community.pega.com/sites/default/files/help_v83/javadocs/com/pega/pegarules/pub/runtime/PublicAPI.html#getStream-com.pega.pegarules.pub.util.StringMap-com.pega.pegarules.pub.clipboard.ClipboardPage- .
The method takes as argument a StringMap aKeys which according to the article "must be the key properties of a stream rule". There is no further explanation on what are those keys properties or how to identify them for a specific issue.
For information, I am trying to extract the HTML source code of a UI section
Which keys should I specify?
