Kafka usage statistics

Hi,

We are planning to change to external Kafka, and would like to fist estimate no of messages being send to Kafka.

We noticed that Data Flows does show no of Processed records but we are not sure if it applies to overall life time of the Queue Processor or just count since last restart?

Any one has any documentation of those statistics shown on Data Flows? or has any better idea how to estimate records we would send to Kafka per year?

@LEPKB: Instead of the option you mentioned, I would recommend 2 different areas which can provide more info for sizing external kafka
