JDBC connection to Oracle database is disconnecting after 10 min

JDBC connection to Oracle database is disconnecting after 10 min of idle time. Oracle is in 19c. 11g was working fine. Please suggest if you have any idea.

Can Pega connect using TNS connection?

Check with DBA, is DB configured to disconnect in 10 mins of inactivity?

Is it the case from any other dB client? Try from SQLdeveloper or some client as well.
