Java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstrantViolationException

Hi Team,

We are using Product Version: V7.1.9

I have found exception "ORA-00001: unique constraint(U90CCMRT.PR_SYS_RULESET_INDEX_PK) violated".

1) Is this Hot-Fix need to be installed for resolving this exception?

2) What is the impact if we are not install?

1) What is the impact for application?

2) Any Performance issue?

3) If this exception will recurring daily DB will hung? What will be the impact on DB?

Hi Vishnu,

The issue that SA-24917 refers is different. It is about one of the table that grows exponentially when a rule is saved as to different version of ruleset.

However the issue faced by you is with primary key constraint. It means that a duplicate insert on a table has happened with same primary key.

This generally happens when you face issue with performance of you application or DB.
