java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class abbyy.flexicapture.webapi.client.TenantClient
Hi Community,
When we try to run the workflow we get this error.
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class abbyy.flexicapture.webapi.client.TenantClient
Does anyone have any hint as to resolving this?

Can you look up for that class and check the location:
Login->Admin Studio->System->Tools->type 'abbyy.flexicapture.webapi.client.TenantClient'

Appreciate the help. I just took a look at my admin studio but there is no option for tools after Admin Studio -> System. I am on my admin account but am I missing a particular admin role to view the option? Also we are on Pega 8.1.

Hi Marc,
I just checked the report(attached) but I do not see abbyy in there.
Also one more thing I noticed was that I get the error in the screenshot(java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class abbyy/flexicapture/appsrvapi/FlexiCaptureWebServiceApiVersion1Locator) first before and then afterwards, anytime I try to submit it is "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class abbyy.flexicapture.webapi.client.TenantClient"
