Could not initialize class: When included external API
Hi All,
I have included an external api in my application, and when i tried to use the classes of the included api in my java steps, the code block got saved. (System able to recognize the class).
But when i executed the activity, getting exception as "com.pega.pegarules.pub.PRRuntimeError: PRRuntimeError" and the stack trace following as "Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class my Class"
Could you please help me in resolving this issue.

Have you tried refreshing the jar or reloading the class via class loader management ?

Thanks for the shared article.
Please correct me if i'm wrong.
I have imported the jar file in the system using the import wizard. When i'm trying to import my one jar file with my own class, able to get the expected results.
But when i tied with one of the external api jar, it is throwing the error.
Will be helpful, if you shared your views on this, why it is behaving inconsistently.
