IUA error on launch

Trying to do PEGA update from 717 to 731. Downloaded the pega MLU 731 and extracted the zip. On execution of update_setup.jar getting error. Unable to extract jar file to directory C\\Windows\system32\.\PegaGuiInstallertemp. ANyody knows how to resolve. I ahve used same server and did pega update before. But for AES its throwing this error now.

I saw that error the first time I launched it, then it worked without issue. Do you see that error over and over again when launching it?

In the directory where PRPC_Setup.jar is located, is there a pega.install.log? If so, can you share the contents of it?
