Is it possible to change the width of pyCreateCaseMenu at CaseManager?
I want to change the width of pyCreateCaseMenu at CaseManager.
Is it possible? If possible, please tell me how to configure that.

Hi,
You just increase the width of the left panel width in the Application skin.
Go to the application skin-->screenlayouts--->left-->panelwidth

Hello,
Do you want only to change pyCreateCaseMenu width or complete left panel?
If complete left panel then Open Skin->Go To Screen Layout-> Select the Screen layout used in portal-> Go to Left section and change width.
Else only for pyCreateCaseMenu , go to section where menu is used, Find out the menu format in Presentation tab. Modify the menu format in Skin rule to change the styles desired.

I want only to change pyCreateCaseMenu width.
Actually, I found that the menu format was Primary navigation and tried changing it, but its width did not change.
Which settings should I modify in Primary navigation in order to change pyCreateCaseMenu width?

Hi ,
Have to saved the section pyPortalNav. It is working for me fo the same chnages. Need to check your skin may be some styles are overriding.
Remove you application skin and check with the pyEndUser71 skin.
