I understand you'd like to present proposition data but I'm still not clear why would you want to do it.
Like I said earlier, decision data is a rule and not a data instance. Also, the individual propositions listed in the decision data are part of the rule and not individual data instances themselves. The class that you've attached above is the group class which is the applies to class of the decision data rule and not the instance class - these are two separate things conceptually!
If proposition data is what you want to pick from decision data rules, report definition is not a means to do so.
On the other hand, are you using action rules? Why don't you query the list of action rule instances instead?
