Issues in Reporting 8.7 Explore Date Landing Page
Explore Data Landing Page is not working in Personal Edition 8.7
Error Displayed: "There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator."
Please suggest what needs to be done.

@MarijeSchillern The issue still persists. Whenever I click on "Explore Data" from the user portal, the error is shown.
Also the Explore Data option in Dev studio is displaying a blank screen.

Explore Data is part of our Cosmos React front-end which uses our newer "Constellation" UI technology. This is not something that is supported out of the box on the Personal Edition of Pega (it is only supported out of the box for Cloud customers). It is possible to set this up, but it is rather involved. The instructions can be found in this document: https://docs-previous.pega.com/user-experience-cosmos-react/86/setting-constellation-service-pega-platform?check_logged_in=1 (Please ignore the comment in the document saying it is not supported for Personal Edition, I checked with the team owning this area and they mentioned these steps should work and that the document just hasn't been updated yet) Regards, Meghan

Did you ever get this resolved? I am facing the same issue but it seems the constellation service has already been configured
