Issues with BIX extract on Index tables

I had a requirement to create a BIX rule on Index table. When I was trying to run the extract rule manually through Actions menu from the rule I was getting an error of no records found.

I tried on OOTB Index-Operators table as well I got the same issue.

So can anyone help me if there is any work around for creating BIX extract on Index tables?

Do you have the PegaBIX log from when you tried to run this?  A screenshot of what you are seeing when you try to run it would help as well.  Can you successfully create and run other extract rules?
